For the past 15 years I have worked as a facilitator in the UK and internationally. I've helped managers and leaders at all levels to hold meetings that are more creative, and to handle difficult conversations with greater ease.
I am co-author of the book Creative Facilitation and I'm a visiting tutor on the Oxford Strategic Leadership Programme. This is part of the open programme at the Said Business School which is rated number 2 worldwide by the FT.
I’m co-founder of Unhurried, which hosts conversations as far afield as Santa Cruz and Sydney.

After graduating from Oxford in Philosophy and Politics, I worked as political researcher to Lord Sainsbury and then went into advertising – first as a copywriter and then as a researcher/strategist.
Over time I became more interested in the human beings and how they worked together. I trained in a variety of approaches to human relationships, including gestalt psychotherapy and improv theatre.
